17. Exporting Your Work

17.1 Exporting diagrams

From File → Export (or the export popup in the title bar):

Format	Notes
PDF	Scalable vector document suitable for printing and technical reports
PNG	High-quality raster image for quick sharing or slide decks
SVG	Scalable vector image
XMI 2.1	Model interchange format (SysML v1 only; not available for v2)

17.2 Exporting requirements

Export the traceability matrix to ReqIF (Beta), CSV, Excel, Word/Docs, or Markdown, with scope toggles for Plain Requirements, Requirement Definitions, and Requirement Usages (see Section 14.4).

17.3 Exporting code & AI output

Download Code from the v2 editor to save a .sysml file locally.
Copy code to the clipboard from the editor or from an AI response.
Download tables generated by the AI to CSV/Excel.

17.4 Exporting / importing whole projects

Export project to download your active workspace files or project data to local storage.
Import project from .sysml, .json, or .kpar files (see Section 6.3).
Clone a project from the dashboard to reuse an existing model as an independent starting point.
