5. Billing, Plans & Credits

SysModeler.ai is an enterprise (B2B) platform. Rather than self-service consumer tiers, usage and pricing are arranged directly with our team so we can tailor plans, deployment, and collaboration limits to your organization's needs.

5.1 Enterprise plans — Contact Sales

To adopt SysModeler across a team or organization, contact our sales team to discuss usage and pricing at business@sysmodeler.ai

• Explore enterprise and institutional plans.
• Discuss customization options for your workflow.
• Learn about partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Get detailed pricing and feature information.

Reach us through the Contact Sales page. Provide your work email, company, team size, and preferred deployment, and describe your needs — the team typically responds within 24 hours.

Tip: For technical problems (rather than sales/plan questions), use Contact Support at support@sysmodeler.ai instead — see Section 18.

5.2 Free credits for organization accounts

When you create an account with an organization (work) email address, you receive:

• 3,000 credits free, and
• an automatic monthly refill of that allowance.

This lets teams evaluate and use the AI Assistant without an up-front purchase. For higher volumes, additional capabilities, or custom limits, contact sales (Section 5.1).

Note: The free monthly credits are tied to the organization email on your account. Accounts created with a personal/consumer email may not qualify for the same allowance.

5.3 Credits & tier access

The Credits & tier access panel shows your remaining usage credits, usage limits, and current account tier.

• AI Agent usage consumes credits; usage is recorded as you go.
• Organization accounts' credits refill monthly; if you run out before the refill, AI actions pause until the allowance renews or your plan is upgraded.
• Ordinary (non-AI) modeling is not affected by your credit balance.
