3. Getting Started

3.1 Creating an account

  1. Open the SysModeler.ai Sign up page.
  2. Register with your email and password, or choose Sign up with Google to create your account instantly via OAuth (no manual password setup required).
  3. If you registered with email/password, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm your address.
  4. Once verified, log in.

Tip: If the verification email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and use the in-app resend option.

3.2 Logging in and out

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Enter your email and password, or use Google sign-in.
  3. You land on your Dashboard, which lists your projects.
  4. Use Log out from your account menu to end the session securely — important on shared or public devices.

3.3 Resetting a forgotten password

  1. On the Login page, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your account email; a reset link/code is sent to your registered address.
  3. Open the link and set a new password.

3.4 A quick tour of the interface

  • Project Page — your home base; lists, filters, and manages projects.
  • Workspace — opens when you enter a project; where all modeling happens.
  • Account & Settings — profile, security, appearance, and API keys.
  • Billing — plan, payment, credits, and tier access.
  • Executive Dashboard — enterprise KPI overview (superusers/administrators).
  • Informational site — public pages such as Features, Pricing, Tutorials, Blog, and Roadmap.

New users may see a short guided onboarding tour the first time they enter the workspace.
